Event Request

Interesting in hosting an event at Bunnyman Brewing?

We have several options available to accommodate your group.

  • Private event during non-peak or closed hours
  • Reserved event space during open hours
  • Reserved tables during open hours (groups of 12 or more)

At this time, we cannot accept reservations for small groups during peak hours.

The Details…

  • For a Private Event during non-open hours (Monday and Tuesday), you are required to pay a facility fee, in addition to a beverage minimum, and gratuity.
  • To reserve an ENTIRE event space during open hours (Mezzanine or Oktoberfest tent), you are required to pay a rental fee, meet a beverage minimum and an additional gratuity.
  • For reserved tables for large groups during open hours, you may be required to pay a minimum, however, we have a limited number of tables and may not be able to accommodate your party on peak days/times.

To make a reservation or event requestion, please email events@bunnymanbrewing.com, see notes below regarding your request. Include the following information in your email:

  • Location of event (Burke, Lorton, or Chantilly)
  • Date and time of event
  • Guest count (Ages 21+ and below 21)

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Emailing a request is NOT a confirmation for your event.
  • Please allow the event manager to respond within 48-72 hours.
  • Your event request needs to be AT LEAST TWO WEEKS in advance of your event date for proper planning. An exception may be made at a higher rental rate.
