Born from an urban legend. Built by a community.
Bunnyman Brewing began in Burke, Virginia, with a simple goal: help make Burke cool. What started as one neighborhood taproom has grown into a three-location Fairfax County brewery.
Our name comes from the 1970s Bunnyman legend — a mysterious figure in a bunny suit, hatchet in hand, warning trespassers to keep out. That mix of mystery, playfulness, and a little bit of chaos inspires every pint we brew.
Today, we’re still rooted in the same story, but our team has grown with more talent, more capacity, and more ways to share our craft with all of Fairfax County.

Where Bunnyman Brewing all began. Our first taproom beside the train tracks in Burke, the heart of the story and the start of our mission.
The Prison
LORTON
Inside the historic Lorton Prison, we created a café-style taproom that blends coffee, beer, and community in one unforgettable setting.
The Factory
CHANTILLY
Formerly Mustang Sally Brewing, this large-scale production facility is now part of the Bunnyman family. It’s where big batches meet big ideas.
