Event Request

Interesting in hosting an event at Bunnyman Brewing?

We have several options available to accommodate your group.

  • Private event during non-open hours (Monday or Tuesday)
  • Reserved event space during open hours (Mezzanine or Oktoberfest tent)
  • Reserved tables during open hours (groups of 20+)

At this time, we cannot accept reservations for small groups during peak hours.

The Details…

  • For a Private Event during non-open hours (Monday and Tuesday), you are required to pay a facility fee, in addition to a beverage minimum, and gratuity.
  • To reserve an ENTIRE event space during open hours (Mezzanine or Oktoberfest tent), you are required to pay a rental fee, meet a beverage minimum and an additional gratuity.
  • For reserved tables for large groups during open hours, you may be required to pay a minimum, however, we have a limited number of tables and may not be able to accommodate your party on peak days/times.

  • Filling out the Event Request form is NOT a confirmation for your event.
  • Please allow the event manager to respond within 48-72 hours.
  • Your event request needs to be AT LEAST TWO WEEKS in advance of your event date for proper planning. An exception may be made at a higher rental rate.

Event Area Requested
To rent the entire Oktoberfest tent OR the entire mezzanine, we require a rental fee of $300 for the first 2 hours, and $100 per additional hour.
Beverage Redeem Option
A minimum host tab may be required depending on the number of guests (on average $8-10/guest) PLUS 18% gratuity.
Event Area Set-Up Requests (select one or more)
Will you be bringing outside catering? Absolutely NO outside alcoholic is permitted. You may bring water and non-alcoholic beverages.
Bunnyman Brewing has a food truck onsite every day that we are open and can provide contact information for that truck should you want to coordinate with them.
