Interesting in hosting an event at Bunnyman Brewing?

We have several options available to accommodate your group.

  • Private event during non-open hours (Monday or Tuesday)
  • Reserved event space during open hours (Mezzanine or Oktoberfest tent)
  • Reserved tables during open hours (groups of 20+)

At this time, we cannot accept reservations for small groups during peak hours.

Please use the form below to tell us about your event.

  • Filling out the Event Request form is NOT a confirmation for your event.
  • Please allow the event manager to respond within 48-72 hours.
  • Your event request needs to be AT LEAST TWO WEEKS in advance of your event date for proper planning. An exception may be made at a higher rental rate.

The Details…

  • For a Private Event during non-open hours (Monday and Tuesday), you are required to pay a facility fee, in addition to a beverage minimum, and gratuity.
  • To reserve an ENTIRE event space during open hours (Mezzanine or Oktoberfest tent), you are required to pay a rental fee, meet a beverage minimum and an additional gratuity.
  • For reserved tables for large groups during open hours, you may be required to pay a minimum, however, we have a limited number of tables and may not be able to accommodate your party on peak days/times.

BURKE ONLY: Will you be bringing outside catering? Absolutely NO outside alcohol is permitted.
Bunnyman Brewing has a food truck onsite every day that we are open. Most food trucks can work with hosts to provide catering or meals for your guests. Bunnyman can provide contact information for the food trucks. Alternatively, you may bring in outside catering.
LORTON ONLY: Food and Catering. Bunnyman Brewing Cafe in Lorton has a full kitchen and catering options for your event. Absolutely NO outside food or beverages are permitted!*
*Cakes are permitted.
